Integrative Psychiatry Services
Nelson Holmes, M.D.
Kriste Babbitt, M.D.
The scope of Integrative Psychiatry services includes traditional psychiatric medication management for a range of mental health concerns including moderate to severe illness states, eclectic psychotherapeutic approaches, lab evaluation, genetic testing, lifestyle interventions, health coaching, and complementary and alternative approaches to psychiatric treatment.
Initial Assessment
$500
All initial appointments cover past medical, psychiatric, family and social histories as well as current areas of concern to create a shared understanding and focus in treatment. We will be able to achieve a basic framework, or gestalt, but additional appointments are likely to be required to define the details of your integrated treatment plan.
Follow-up
Dr. Holmes $200 - $300
Dr. Babbitt $250 - $375
Standard follow-up appointments can include psychotherapeutic interventions, management of biological aspects of care including lab review, medication management, or supplement recommendations. Established and uncomplicated treatment protocols may only require brief visits for observation and continuing care.
Functional Medicine and Wellness Services
Functional health and wellness services include a deeper dive into functional medicine and specialty lab testing, assessment of various physical and mental health complaints for interrelatedness (especially clusters of vague symptoms), more extensive nutritional, health, and lifestyle coaching, and targeted recommendations for IV nutrition and supplementation.

As an integrative psychiatry clinic, we encourage all new psychiatric patients to undergo nutritional therapy as a part of their holistic treatment plan. We believe that taking the time to correct the foundations of nutritional status, gut health, hormone balance, and inflammatory and toxic burden are essential to providing the scaffolding for higher-level psychiatric interventions, such as traditional medications, to be successful. In some cases, higher-level interventions may be unnecessary after correcting the roots of imbalance.
